1. Our pizza and our "Pucce" (special sandwiches) are cooked at the time of ordering and STRICTLY in a beech wood oven.
  2. "Puccia" is a typical Apulian bread made with whole wheat flour. It rises and matures for at least 48 hours to have a PERFECT digestibility! The puccia is round and measures about 19 cm in diameter. As a quantity, it is comparable to pizza: if you are not very hungry, you can share 1 puccia for 2 people!
  3. Our Pizza is in "Neapolitan Style", meaning it has a puffy edge, real tomato pulp and real freshly cut mozzarella. it is made with type 1 flour, stone ground, the best possible for pizza, and it rises and matures at least 48 hours. We call the border "cornicione" and it is part of the true taste of the original Neapolitan pizza! Please, if you can, don't throw it! Eat it!
  4. We are southern Italian people, food is an important part of our culture! Please do not ask for the "Hawaii pizza" or ketchup and mayonnaise for pizza.
  5. Unfortunately we are not McDonald's, we are food artisans! If you have little time to eat, ask us for something ready (pizza slice, or something else). From when you order pizza or puccia it will take at least 10-12 minutes to prepare it. In addition to waiting time, dependent on other people waiting

  7. We do not make cappuccino, tea or hot milk. We ONLY make espresso coffee, according to southern tradition! Because coffee is not a drink but a sacred ritual of friendship!
